I have been seeing how Ms. Flickinger makes classroom success possible on a daily basis. I met her in 2016 when I was brand new as behavior support staff. Ms. Flickinger taught me multiple strategies to prevent crisis from happening and to de-escalate when behaviors are high. I have been voted " Employee of the Year" 3 times and I give credit to Ms. Flickinger.

For any parent feeling lost in the overwhelming world of Special Education, Pointegra is the bridge that gently closes the gap. From the moment we walked in, our daughter found the safe and supportive place where she could rediscover her strengths. She felt seen, understood, and safe to take risks in her learning. IEP meetings were intimidating. Pointegra assisted us navigate every twist and turn ensuring our daughter's IEP goals were measurable and tailored to her specific needs. Bernadette, the lead therapist, cares so much about my daughter's emotional well-being as much as her academic progress has given our family such peace of mind.

★★★★★

I cannot say enough about the exceptional level of professionalism and care we experienced through this educational therapy service. Pointegra office keeps everything organized, welcoming, and thoughtfully structured to support both students and families. My son loved the sensory tools. I highly recommend this practice to any family seeking high-quality individualized educational support.
